Key Services
  • Interpret, communicate and co-ordinate construction plans and specifications professionally and correctly.

  • Work closely with the Client’s Project Manager / Engineer to plan for and monitor daily and weekly construction activities.

  • Assuring safe, efficient and economical methods of execution.

  • Ensuring that all materials and equipment installed in the project are up to the latest required engineering construction procedures / standards, company and regulatory authority requirements.

  • Enforcing strict compliance with all provisions of construction specification, including performing shop & site inspection, testing and carrying out project IQ and OQ activities in accordance with validation requirements etc

  • Assist in document control to support validation and project closeout.

  • Look-ahead planning, allocating / recruiting additional appropriate resources and managing training program to support construction requirement, such as validation support engineers, construction supervisors (Mech / Elect & Inst / Civil / Structural), QA/QC personnel, Clerk-of-Work, Safety Supervisors, government submission, HAZOP participation, commissioning support personnel etc.
