• Analyse all tender documents and study the scope of work, method and construction equipment to be utilised

• Identify the critical building or construction activities/ services

• Prepare technical evaluation of project proposals during tender stage

• Prepare method statements and provide sound advice on most efficient methodology of construction

• Coordinate with the consultants on the structural design and analysis for foundation, superstructural/substructuralworks and temporary works during design development stage

• Hands-on relevant experience and conversant in local and/or international building codes of practices
